WHO'S RALPHIE? Is a 2D animated horror-mystery film about a young boy named Ralphie who has always had the most vivid nightmares. Whenever he finds himself caring about people, he has a nightmare about their death and can only calm his frantic headspace by making sure they're alright. But one night when he has a nightmare about his sister turning up dead how he saw it in his dreams the day after ignoring his calls, he starts to think that they may not be dreams at all, but a warning.



As the death of his sister is investigated and Ralphie rambles on about his dreams, people start to look at him a bit closer. and he can't help but ask his friends for help when he sees his death and theirs'.
